Left breast implant was hard and encapsulated. You can see the misshapen left breast sits higher and smaller than the right. Breast revision surgery was performed by removing the old capsule (capsulectomy), changing breast implant pocket from subglandular to submuscular, breast implant exchange to Natrelle Inspira SRX400cc and placement of ADM (Strattice). ADM (acellular dermal matrix graft) was used to keep the implant from flipping back into the old pocket.
