Such a beautiful clean environment, I honestly could not fault 1 thing about my experience! Thank you all!!!
Decided on 485 cc's under the muscle. I just had my surgery yesterday and so far so good! - I'm 30 years old and I have two kids, I've wanted implants for a long time, after I breastfed my youngest who is now 5 years old, I became very deflated and hated my chest, I was a 36D. I met my surgeon Dr. Mitzuguchi about a month ago and had a virtual consultation where we decided I'd need a lift and I showed him my wish pictures, at my pre op appointment I was able to go in and try on different sizes of implants and we decided on 485 cc's under the muscle, I just had my surgery yesterday and so far so good! I'm very happy with my results so far, and dr. Mitzuguchi and his staff are amazing, very pleasant to work with and very tentative to their patients needs. I'm pretty sore today but it's nothing too bad, I'm on muscle relaxers and pain killers, and I have my first post op visit on Monday!!!
Your time with him is never rushed. The staff really takes the time to know you and answer any questions.

Our Injection Technique
RADIESSE dermal injections take place in one of the treatment rooms at Mizuguchi Plastic Surgery in around 30 – 60 minutes after the consultation. To begin the treatment, you will sit in a relaxed position while the areas of injection sites will be cleaned and marked. Most patients feel tolerable discomfort during the treatment at the first prick, but if needed, a numbing cream can be used on the injection sites. The dosage of RADIESSE, determined during your personalized treatment planning session, will be placed in an ultra-fine needle. The pre-marked site of injection will help the injector to carefully administer RADIESSE into the face. Once the procedure is complete, a compress will be applied to help reduce swelling and bruising.
What to Expect
After your treatment, you may have some bruising, redness, and swelling. This is common and should last for about a week. These side effects may typically be covered with makeup. If the side effects last longer or seem excessive, please do not hesitate to call Mizuguchi Plastic Surgery. Most patients have visible results minutes after the treatment with final results appearing over time. Your face should appear younger, softer, and have a natural glow. RADIESSE typically lasts longer compared to some of the other fillers, up to 1 – 2 years. You can talk to our team during your consultation about how soon to get your next injection to touch up your results.

How much does RADIESSE cost?
Your cost for a RADIESSE treatment is dependent on the amount used to match your goals. In your initial consult at Mizuguchi Plastic Surgery, your injector will discuss your expected results and create your treatment plan. Then, they can offer your estimated costs.
How does RADIESSE compare to other fillers?
Fillers all have different formulas and properties to address a wide range of concerns. Common filler ingredients include hyaluronic acid (HA), CaHa (calcium hydroxyapatite), poly-L-lactic acid, and polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA). RADIESSE uses calcium-based microspheres, which are comparable to HA injectable fillers by the way it helps to stimulate collagen production. In your consult, your injector will review the various choices and assess your skin's tone, laxity, and volume levels to recommend which one is correct for you.
Are RADIESSE injections painful?
Usually, patients do not need local anesthesia before their injections. However, a local anesthetic is available if you are worried about any discomfort. Many patients only have brief and minor discomfort when the needle pierces the skin.
What are the side effects of RADIESSE?
RADIESSE treatments have a low risk of abnormal side effects when done by an experienced injector, like our team at Mizuguchi Plastic Surgery. In your initial consult, talk to your injector about medications you take and any known allergies to avoid a reaction. Immediately following your injection, you may experience mild redness, bruising, itching, or numbness. These are temporary side effects that usually fade within a day or two.
What other procedures can I combine with RADIESSE?
Injections of RADIESSE may be performed in combination with other injectable treatments to help deliver your ideal results. Some patients combine fillers, like RADIESSE, along with BOTOX or other muscle relaxants to create a refreshed appearance. Speak to your injector when they are creating your treatment plan to consider other treatments that work well with RADIESSE.
