Natrelle® Inspira® Breast Implants for breast augmentation has been available since the fall of 2016. Inspira breast implants are filled with the same silicone gel found in the Classic® line of Natrelle® breast implants. The main difference is that the Inpsira breast implants are filled to a higher volume than the Classic® for a similar size. The extra volume helps to increase upper pole fullness and reduce wrinkling of the breast implant. The tradeoff is a slight increase in firmness of the Inspria breast imlants. The benefit of silicone gel breast implants over saline breast implants are significant. Silicone gel breast implants look better, feel better, and will give more fullness in the upper part of your breasts. Silicone gel breast implants also are less visible and palpable (wrinkling) especially in thin patients. The Natrelle Inspira silicone gel breast implants improves the differences even more! Here are the difference of the breast implants offered by Natrelle®. Each of the breast implants are of similar volume and profile. The implant on the right is a saline breast implant. Saline implants when placed in an upright position has a problem with collapse. This is clearly seen in the photo. The middle breast implant is the Natrelle® Classic® silicone gel filled breast implant. You can see that the breast implant collapses less than the saline. The implant on the right it the Natrelle® Inspira® silicone gel filled breast implant. The photos shows clearly that the extra volume helps the implant to maintain the shape.
I found the Natrelle Inspira® silicone gel breast implant to be a great addition to my breast augmentation and breast lift practice. They come in five different profiles and over 200 different sizes. I have definitely noticed better cleavage definition and overall breast shape. The implants are less palpable which is added benefit. I also have found they are much better at the lower profile breast implants in maintain shape.
