Sientra 107 HSC+ Breast Augmentation Case 2
This is the second case for analyzing using the Sientra 107 HSC+ Breast Augmentation. Sientra 107 HSC+ has a proprietary silicone HSC+ which has a higher stickiness (cohesiveness). The higher stickiness helps to keep the shape of the silicone gel implant. The end result with the HSC+ gel is increased upper pole fullness in the breast and better shape retention. The extra stickiness will also help with problems with implant wrinkling and palpability. I have used the the Sientra 107 HSC+ silicone gel breast implants for breast augmentation and breast lift with augmentation since last year and have had great results. The Vectra Imaging System was used to assess this patient. She has similar breast volume with just under 150cc. Her measurements are similar but note the nipple to file difference is 1.0 cm. She has both lack of breast volume and shape. For her, the best procedure is a breast augmentation.
